Small offer, smaller print: BetMaze Sports and its £10 free bet under the microscope

This BetMaze Sports review comes down to one modest number: bet £10 and receive a £10 free bet. When we checked the betting page on 3 November 2026, that was still the welcome, and it is the smallest among the new bookmakers we cover. It suits a casual punter who wants a simple like-for-like match alongside a casino of more than 1,000 games. Value hunters will find bigger offers on near-identical terms elsewhere.
The more interesting finding sits in the Gambling Commission’s register. The UK domain, betmaze.co.uk, is listed as a White Label on ProgressPlay Limited’s licence, the same account that carries BetSuna and MogoBet. That explains why BetMaze’s terms read almost word for word like theirs, and it matters for anyone hoping to claim more than one welcome.
BetMaze sports welcome offer: the terms in one table
BetMaze Sports bonus code and sign-up offer – November 2026
The BetMaze Sports sign-up offer, bet £10, get a £10 Free Bet, comes without a bonus code: register through the official site, make the qualifying first deposit of at least £10 and it is applied automatically. Opt in if prompted and check the excluded payment methods first. Terms rechecked 3 November 2026.

How to claim the BetMaze free bet
- Register at betmaze.co.uk. UK visitors to betmaze.com are sent there automatically.
- Deposit £10 or more by any method except Skrill or Neteller.
- Place a qualifying bet of £10 or more on a sports market.
- Use the £10 free bet within seven days, as a single stake at odds of 1.5 or longer.
- Wager any winnings once before withdrawing; a withdrawal request voids live bonuses.
The network clause matters too. The offer is limited to one sports brand and five casino brands within the network. With betmaze.co.uk, betsuna.com and mogobet.com all listed under ProgressPlay’s account, a sports welcome already claimed at BetSuna or MogoBet may rule you out here, and vice versa.
What the £10 free bet works out at
Because the stake is not returned, the free bet is only worth its profit:
- At the minimum 1.5, a winning £10 free bet pays £5.
- At evens (2.0), it pays £10.
- At 3.0, it pays £20.
The winnings then need wagering once. The £200 conversion cap is unlikely to bite on a £10 stake unless you back something at 21.0 or longer. Realistically the offer adds £5 to £10 of expected value at sensible odds, which is fair for a £10 outlay but small beside rivals giving £30 or £50 for the same stake.
A worked example: your £10 qualifying bet at 2.0 wins, returning £20. The £10 free bet goes on a 3.0 shot and also wins, adding £20 in bonus winnings. Wager that £20 once, and if it holds its value you finish with £40 from the £10 you put in. If both bets lose, you are £10 down.
Is BetMaze legit? What the register shows
BetMaze’s own public pages say little about who runs it. The footer carries no licence holder or account number, although the site states it is certified by the UK Gambling Commission and its offer terms link to the Commission’s public register. That register is clearer. When we checked in November 2026, betmaze.co.uk was listed as a White Label domain on ProgressPlay Limited’s account, number 39335, whose casino, bingo and real-event betting licences all showed as active. ProgressPlay’s head office on the register is in Limassol, Cyprus.
The older betmaze.com address appears as inactive under a different account, AG Communications Limited (39483), whose licences the register shows as surrendered, ending on 23 October 2026. UK visitors to betmaze.com are redirected to betmaze.co.uk, so the ProgressPlay listing is the one that applies to British players today.
So yes, BetMaze is a licensed UK site, but you have to look harder than you should to find out who is behind it. That gap, together with the Trustpilot complaints below, is the main reason for caution.
Sports and markets at BetMaze
The BetMaze sportsbook menu lists football, basketball, cricket, rugby, tennis and horse racing, with a dedicated Sports Promotions page and a Live Now area for in-play events. A virtual sports section, branded Virtual Shows, sits alongside for betting between live fixtures. The public betting page does not spell out cash out, bet builder, streaming or acca boosts. Players on Trustpilot do mention odds boosts and a bet builder, which suggests both exist inside the logged-in sportsbook.

Sport-specific promotions have appeared during the season: an English Premier League cashback deal, using the Promo Code EPLC, refunded deposit losses after the first deposit on football bets until 17 April 2026. Keep an eye on the promotions page for its successors.
The casino side carries over 1,000 games, with slots from NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming and Games Global, plus Evolution live tables. Our advice for the free bet: keep it to football at around 2.0 to 3.0, where the return is meaningful and the market depth is greatest.
Racing and live betting on BetMaze
Horse racing has its own tab on the sports menu, and the Live Now area carries in-play events across the six main sports. Racing punters should note that the £10 free bet needs odds of 1.5 or longer, which leaves most runners eligible but rules out odds-on favourites. BetMaze’s public betting page does not set out Best Odds Guaranteed terms, so check the betslip and race terms before taking an early price. Virtual Shows racing runs between real fixtures, but treat it as entertainment: virtual races are computer-generated, so form study does not apply.
BetMaze banking: what the payments pages show
BetMaze’s homepage names PayPal, Mastercard and Neteller among its payment options and talks up card-less rapid payments and quick account activation. Separate Deposit Methods and Withdrawals pages are linked from the footer, but neither displayed method limits or payout times when we checked the public site. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer, so use PayPal or a debit card for the first payment. Expect identity checks before any withdrawal.
| Payment point | What BetMaze shows |
|---|---|
| Methods named on the homepage | PayPal, Mastercard, Neteller |
| Excluded from the welcome | Skrill and Neteller deposits |
| Minimum for the offer | £10 |
| Limits and payout times | Not shown on the public pages |
| Before withdrawing | Identity verification |
BetMaze on iPhone and Android
An iPhone app called Betmaze: Casino & Betting appears in the UK App Store, published under the developer name MXG Infotech rather than the operator. It holds 2.3 from just 3 ratings, and its written reviews mention withdrawal and verification delays and the app freezing, with one positive note on football odds. No Android app on Google Play could be confirmed. The site itself is built for mobile browsers, which is the safer route until an app linked from BetMaze’s own pages appears.
BetMaze bettor feedback on Trustpilot
Trustpilot gives BetMaze 2.4 out of 5 from 8 reviews, with six of them at one star. The complaints centre on withdrawals that are delayed or do not arrive, accounts placed under review after verification, and live chat replies that feel scripted. One reviewer could not use a free bet promotion. On the positive side, players mention competitive odds, odds boosts and a bet builder, and some describe support as slow but adequate. Trustpilot notes the company has not recently invited reviews, and eight is a tiny sample.

Who to contact at BetMaze
BetMaze routes enquiries through its Contact Us page. The public pages do not show an email address, phone number or postal address, and Trustpilot reviewers describe using live chat. For licensing questions, the Gambling Commission register entry for ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335, is the reference point.
Who BetMaze Sports is best for
- Casual punters: a straightforward £10 for £10 match is easy to follow.
- Football bettors on a budget: a single £10 stake unlocks the whole offer.
- Players who want sport and casino together: over 1,000 games sit on the same account.
- Virtual sports fans: Virtual Shows fill the gaps between live fixtures.
Not ideal if…
- you want the biggest welcome for £10, as BetSuna pays five times as much on the same network terms;
- you need published payout times before you deposit;
- you have already claimed a sports welcome at BetSuna or MogoBet.
How BetMaze compares with new rivals
| Betting site | Welcome offer | Qualifying requirement | Free bet | Promo Code | Licence holder |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BetMaze | Bet £10, get £10 | £10 | £10, min odds 1.5 | – | ProgressPlay Limited (39335) |
| BetSuna | Bet £10, get £50 | £10 | £50, min odds 1.5 | – | ProgressPlay Limited (39335) |
| MogoBet | Bet £10, get £30 | £10 | £30, min odds 1.5 | – | ProgressPlay Limited (39335) |
| 7Bet | Bet £10, get £30 | £10 at 2.00+ | 3 x £10 | 7BETWO | Anakatech Interactive Limited (48789) |
BetMaze’s terms match BetSuna’s and MogoBet’s almost word for word, from the 1x wagering to the £200 cap, and the register shows why: all three sit on ProgressPlay’s licence. Its free bet is a third or a fifth of the size of theirs. 7Bet also gives three times as much in bonus bets, with no wagering stated on the winnings. BetMaze’s case rests on simplicity rather than value.
