Joining Kitty Bingo: a first-timer's walk through the £35-or-100-spins welcome

New bingo site Kitty Bingo and its welcome offer: £35 Bingo Bonus or 100 Free Spins when you deposit and spend £10

Kitty Bingo is not a new bingo site. It has traded since 2012, with Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, a Rank Group company, holding the licence. What is new is the way it greets first-time players: since 23 February 2026, paying in £10 and playing it through buys either a £35 bingo bonus or 100 free spins, and the place you spend that first £10 decides which one lands. We rechecked the offer on 3 November 2026 and it was still running. The bingo route suits regular 90-ball players; the spins suit slot fans who will never buy a ticket.

We followed a newcomer’s route from registration form to first withdrawal. The short version: the bingo route is the better buy, payouts are among the quickest we have seen, and Trustpilot feedback lags well behind both.

Signing up at Kitty Bingo: the welcome deal and how to trigger it

Registration is a single form for over-18s new to Kitty. There is no offer menu to pick from: Kitty watches where your money goes.

Kitty Bingo bonus code and sign-up offer – November 2026

The Kitty Bingo sign-up offer, £35 Bingo Bonus or 100 Free Spins when you deposit and spend £10, comes without a bonus code: register through the official site, make the qualifying first deposit of at least £10 and it is applied automatically. Opt in if prompted and check the excluded payment methods first. Terms rechecked 3 November 2026.

  3. Within seven days, stake £10 in Main Event Bingo for the bonus, or £10 on the Goonies Jackpot King slot for the spins.

Your first Kitty Bingo deposit: methods and minimums

Kitty lists its payment options on an open page, which saves a trip into the cashier. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer through Trustly all accept deposits from £5, and Paysafecard can be used to pay in too. For the welcome offer the bar is £10, and Paysafecard does not count towards it. Credit cards and American Express are refused, including when routed through Apple Pay.

A £5 trial deposit made first would rule you out, because the offer attaches to deposit number one. Pay in £10 or more in one go.

Spending the £35 bingo bonus: what the 6x wagering really asks

The £35 can only be played in Main Event Bingo, Kitty’s 90-ball room. The room runs 24 hours a day; cards start at 1p, most games cost 5p or 10p a ticket, and the top prize reaches £10,000. Six times £35 is £210 of tickets. At 10p a card that is 2,100 tickets across 30 days, or about 70 a day; at 5p it is double the card count for the same spend. Busy, but manageable for anyone who plays most evenings.

The spins route is worth £10 at face value and moves much faster. Winnings arrive as bonus money, must be wagered ten times on the same Goonies game inside a week, and no more than £200 can be converted to cash. It suits only players with no interest in bingo tickets.

To see the difference in practice: if the 100 spins return £8, that £8 becomes bonus money needing £80 of Goonies stakes within seven days. On the bingo route, the £35 needs £210 of Main Event tickets, but you have a month and the starting balance is more than four times larger. Kitty’s terms also split any winnings from mixed cash and bonus stakes between the two balances, so the cash you win along the way stays withdrawable.

On value alone, the bingo route offers £35 against £10, a 30-day window against seven, and no published cap. That is the one we would choose.

Inside the Kitty Bingo lobby: rooms, ticket prices, schedules and slots

The bingo schedule is fuller than on most of the newer sites we look at, with room pages that print prices. The cheap end starts with Bargain Box Bingo, a 90-ball room at 5p, and Deal or No Deal 75 Ball, also 5p, where a progressive jackpot is split 50/50 between the full-house winner and the rest of the room. Deal or No Deal 90 Ball and Fluffy Favourites Bingo sit at 10p, Cash Cubes Bingo at 50p, and Emoji Bingo, a 50-ball game with several stake levels, tops out at £2.50.

For something quicker, Speed Bingo plays on a 4×4 grid with faster calls and shorter gaps between games. Clover Rollover Bingo is a 40-ball game on clover-leaf tickets with Bronze, Silver and Gold jackpots, and Kitty 75 handles pattern play.

The diary has three fixed points:

  • Penny Heaven: free bingo every night for an hour from 8pm, plus a Monday buy-one-get-one-free session from 12:30pm to 2pm.
  • Dab & Blab Live: the hosted room, Fridays from 8pm to 10pm.
  • Daily free wheel spin: open to eligible players from 8am to 11:59pm.

The slots side has grown well beyond bingo-site filler. A New Studio: Playtech Casino shelf sits on the homepage beside big-name titles such as Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Starburst, Huff N Puff Money Mansion, Fishin Frenzy The Big Match, Wheel of Horrors and Lava Fortunes 2. Fluffy Favourites Mega Jackpot carries the jackpot banner, and Slingo fans get Book of Slingo and Slingo Da Vinci Diamonds. Live casino tables, scratchcards and a multiplayer game called 99 Royale fill out the menu.

Our advice for a first week: clear the bonus in 5p and 10p Main Event games, use Penny Heaven’s free hour to learn the chat-room rhythm, and treat Emoji Bingo’s £2.50 tickets as a treat rather than a habit.

Cashing out at Kitty Bingo: withdrawal speeds

Withdrawals are where Kitty is strongest. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Trustly all pay out from £5; Paysafecard is deposit-only. According to Kitty, most requests clear instantly and land inside a quarter of an hour, because PayPal and the main UK banks are signed up to its Fast Withdrawals scheme. Cards outside that scheme can take up to three working days. The name on the payment method must match the account, and identity checks apply.

Playing Kitty Bingo on a phone: app rating and mobile site

Kitty has its own Android app, published by The Rank Group on Google Play, where it holds a 3.6-star rating from 21 reviews and more than 5,000 downloads. The few reviews on show are mixed, with the most recent complaining of crashes. Apple users have no Kitty download in the GB store; Safari or Chrome on an iPhone opens every room and slot instead.

Getting help from Kitty Bingo: support and contact details

Day-to-day queries go through support.kittybingo.com, where online chat sits alongside help articles; the FAQ describes support as available 24/7. Complaints can be raised free on 0800 279 3221 or by writing to complaints@kittybingo.com, and letters go to The Rank Group Plc, TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN. Escalated complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours, with a reply targeted within 10 working days and up to eight weeks for complex cases. Disputes that remain unresolved can go free of charge to IBAS.

The licence holder is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, registered at Suite 3, 2nd Floor, Icom House, 1/5 Irish Town, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 57924. The public register shows its bingo, casino and betting activities active since 11 March 2022, kittybingo.com among its active domains, and no regulatory actions recorded against the business.

What Kitty Bingo players report

Kitty’s Trustpilot page makes uncomfortable reading. When we checked on 3 November 2026, it scored 1.3 out of 5 from 282 reviews, with 59% at one star and 29% at five, and only 25 reviews posted in the past year. The recurring complaints are slow or stalled withdrawals, often tied to repeated requests for identity or address documents; live chat that players say is hard to reach, with slow email replies; and bonuses some reviewers regard as low in value. A smaller group describe the site as fun for casual play and mention friendly chat hosts, and some report withdrawals arriving without trouble. Trustpilot notes the company has not recently invited reviews and has not replied to negative ones, so the sample leans towards people with a grievance and offers no operator side of the story. Even so, have your documents ready before the first withdrawal.

Safer gambling at Kitty: the Keep It Fun toolkit

The Keep It Fun hub covers the essentials. You can set gross and net deposit limits, choose reality checks from every 15 minutes to every hour, take a break from 24 hours to six weeks, or self-exclude for six months to five years. A safer gambling team is on 0800 316 3488 or online chat around the clock, and the site points players to GamCare on 0808 8020 133 and to GamStop. Set any limit before the first deposit.

Best for whom? Kitty’s refreshed welcome by player type

  • Everyday 90-ball players: £35 at 6x with 30 days to clear suits anyone already in Main Event most evenings.
  • Slot fans who skip bingo: the 100 Goonies spins give a quick, capped run on a Jackpot King game.
  • Players who want fast cash-outs: Fast Withdrawals put most payouts in your account inside 15 minutes.
  • Small-stakes depositors: £5 deposits and withdrawals keep everyday banking cheap after the welcome.
  • Free-bingo regulars: Penny Heaven runs a free hour every night from 8pm.

Not ideal if…
– You want a genuinely new brand: Kitty has traded since 2012.
– You pay with Paysafecard: it does not count for the welcome offer.
– You weigh user ratings heavily: a 1.3 Trustpilot score sets a low bar.

How Kitty’s refreshed offer stacks up against rival bingo sites

Bingo site Welcome offer Min deposit Bonus value Wagering
Kitty Bingo £35 bingo bonus or 100 free spins £10 £35 bingo or £10 in spins 6x bingo / 10x spins
Wombat Bingo 400% bingo bonus up to £40 £10 £40 bonus 4x, max 1x conversion
Queen’s Bingo £40 bingo bonus on first deposit £10 £40 bonus 4x on bingo
Vampire Bingo £30 games bonus £10 £30 bonus 10x, max 1x conversion

Of the four, Kitty alone lets a new player choose between bingo money and slot spins, and its terms, payments and contact details are the most fully published. Wombat and Queen’s hand over a larger £40 with lighter 4x wagering, while Vampire’s £30 at 10x asks the most for the least. Pick Kitty for transparency and fast withdrawals; pick Wombat for the biggest balance on a £10 deposit.

Kitty Bingo first-look verdict

What works
– The £35 bingo route is good value at 6x, with 30 days to clear and no published cap.
– Banking is spelled out openly, with withdrawals from £5 and most landing inside 15 minutes.
– Room pages print prices, and the cheapest tickets cost 5p.

What needs work
– Choosing an offer by where you spend is easy to get wrong on a first visit.
– The spins route is tight: a week to play, a week to wager and a £200 ceiling.
– A 1.3 Trustpilot score, driven by withdrawal and support complaints, sits awkwardly beside the published payout speeds.

Kitty’s refreshed welcome suits a bingo player who puts the first £10 straight into Main Event and stays there for the month. The site around it is mature and well documented; go in with verification documents to hand, given what players report about withdrawals. Our scoring method is on how we review, and newer launches are in our new bingo sites guide.
