New casino apps in the UK for 2026: which new brands have a real app, and what the stores say

New casino apps turn out to be thinner on the ground than the launch announcements suggest. We went through every new brand we have reviewed on topnewcasino.co.uk, searched the GB App Store and Google Play for each one, and checked whether each listing really belongs to the company holding the Gambling Commission licence. Three brands have an app we could find and rate. The other six run in a phone’s browser and nowhere else.
That split matters more than it looks. A real-money casino app should come from the licensed operator, carry an 18+ rating and match the brand you signed up with. Some of the “official” listings that turn up in a store search fail that test, and one we found is not a casino at all.
If you want one real money casino app from a new brand, the answer is short: Megaways Casino, the only newcomer rated above 4 stars in both the App Store and Google Play, with 100 free spins for a £10 first deposit. Everyone else is better played in Safari or Chrome, and for most of them that costs you nothing in games or offers.
Below are the new brands ranked for mobile play, with the store figures we recorded and the sources behind them. The browser-only sites are listed too, with an account of what playing on a phone involves at each. Every welcome offer quoted was rechecked on the operator’s own site on 3 November 2026.

New Casino Apps Tested Brand by Brand
Megaways Casino – 100 Free Spins on a £10 first deposit
Megaways Casino is the only new brand on our list with a rated app in both stores, and the ratings hold up. The Android app from Skill On Net Ltd scores 4.2 from 82 reviews, and the iPhone version scores 4.4 from 107 ratings, which makes it the clear pick for anyone who wants a real-money casino app from a relaunched brand. The app carries the same 8,000-plus game lobby as the website, and the welcome spins apply however you sign up. Its own mobile page still points iPhone users to the browser while the app is finalised, so the web version is a sound fallback.
App check: iPhone 4.4 (107 ratings) | Android 4.2 (82 reviews), Skill On Net Ltd
Significant terms: First deposit only, min £10. 100 spins at £0.10 on Fishing Frenzy Big Catch Megaways, credited automatically. 10x wagering on spin winnings, slots only. Max bet 10% of spin winnings (min £0.10) or £5, whichever is lower. Spins used before deposited funds. Bonus Policy applies. 18+ | GambleAware.org

BetMaze Casino – 100% up to £50 + 20 Free Spins on Book of Dead
BetMaze links to its own casino and betting app from the homepage, which is the strongest sign a listing is genuine. On iPhone, “Betmaze: Casino & Betting” rates 2.3 from three ratings, too few to judge. The homepage carries an Android download link as well, and Android users should start from that link on the BetMaze site rather than from a store search. The app bundles the sportsbook with the casino, which suits a player who wants both under one login.
App check: iPhone 2.3 (3 ratings) | Android: download linked from the official site
Significant terms: New players only. 10x wagering on the bonus within 30 days and on spin winnings within 7 days. Max conversion £50 from the bonus, £20 from spins. Real balance first. Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded. Withdrawal requests void active bonuses. Full terms apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org

MogoBet Casino – Up to £50 + 20 Free Spins
MogoBet has an Android casino app, “Mogobet: Betting & Casino”, which points to mogobet.com and carries an 18+ rating. It scores 1.4 from ten ratings, was last updated in January 2025 and names Mediacle Limited as developer rather than ProgressPlay, the licence holder. There is no iPhone app, so iOS players use the mobile site, which holds the full casino, live tables and sportsbook.
App check: iPhone: no app | Android 1.4 (10 ratings), Mediacle Limited
Significant terms: New players only. 10x wagering of bonus money within 30 days. Real balance first. Contribution varies; selected games only. Max conversion £50. Limited to 5 brands within the network. Withdrawal requests void active bonuses. Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded. Full Terms apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org

BetSuna Casino – 100% up to £100 + 50 Free Spins on Bigger Bass Splash
BetSuna, ProgressPlay’s casino, sportsbook and bingo brand, has no app in either store, and it makes no secret of it. The site resizes cleanly for phones, and the lobby, cashier and 24/7 live chat behave as they do on a laptop. Apple Pay and Pay by Bank cover quick phone deposits, but PayviaPhone carries a 15% fee, so it is the one mobile method to avoid.
App check: browser only, no listing on the App Store or Google Play
Significant terms: New players only. 10x wagering on the bonus within 30 days, 10x on spin winnings within 7 days. Max conversion 1x bonus, £20 from spins. Skrill and Neteller excluded. Withdrawal requests void active bonuses. Full terms apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org

7Bet Casino – Play £20, Get 100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash
7Bet states on its homepage that it has no app, which is useful because a Google Play listing called “7bet” exists and is an unrelated personal-finance tool. Casino, live tables and sportsbook all run in a mobile browser, and Apple Pay and Google Pay make phone deposits quick. Of the browser-only brands, 7Bet gives the clearest answer on where to play.
App check: browser only; the Google Play “7bet” listing is not the casino
Significant terms: 1st deposit. Deposit £20+ with Promo Code WELCOME100 and spin £20 on selected slots. 100 spins at £0.10 on Big Bass Splash. 1x wagering. Max bet £1. Max cashout £100. Expiry 7 days. 18+ | GambleAware.org
Mega Riches – Up to £25 Bonus + 50 Spins
Mega Riches, run by Videoslots Ltd under its own Gambling Commission account, has no app of its own. The Videoslots app on Google Play belongs to the sister site, not to Mega Riches, so do not install it expecting your account to work. The mobile site at megariches.com/mobile carries more than 1,200 games by the operator’s count, with deposits, 24/7 live chat and trophies included.
App check: browser only; the Videoslots app is a different brand
Significant terms: New players only. Min dep £10. Wager req. 10x. Bonus must be activated within 30 days of first deposit and used within 60 days. Welcome spins need a first deposit within 24 hours of registering and are used within 24 hours of activation. 18+. T&Cs apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org
Casiku Casino – 50 Wager-Free Spins when you play £50
Casiku does not mention an app, and we found no listing for it in either store. The phone site keeps the full lobby of more than 6,000 slots, the theme and mechanic filters and the live chat link. For a brand whose offer asks for £50 of slot play on the day you deposit, keeping a deposit limit set from the phone is the sensible first move.
App check: browser only, no listing on the App Store or Google Play
Significant terms: New players only. Opt-in required. Min. deposit £20. 50 wager-free spins on Big Bass Splash when wagering min. £50 on slots by 23:59 GMT on the day of first deposit. Spins used within 72 hours. Winnings paid as cash, capped at £50. Affordability checks apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org
Pub Casino – 50 Cash Spins on Octobeer Fortunes
Pub Casino is a case study in why a store search is not enough. Apple’s GB store has an unrated listing under the developer name Pub Casino Ltd, which is not L&L Europe Ltd, the company holding the licence, and the Google Play listings using the name do not identify the operator either. The site itself points to no download, so play through pubcasino.co.uk in the browser, where the full lobby is available.
App check: no confirmed official app; unverified listings exist in both stores
Significant terms: New players only. Offer must be activated before depositing. Deposit & wager at least £10 to get 50 Cash Spins on Octobeer Fortunes. Cash Spins winnings are cash. No max cash out. Eligibility is restricted for suspected abuse. Skrill deposits excluded. Cash Spins value £0.20 per spin. Cash Spins expire in 48 hours. Full T&Cs apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org
JeffBet Casino – Up to £100 + 50 Free Spins on Rainbow Riches Megaways
JeffBet, a ProgressPlay brand with a casino, bingo rooms and a sportsbook, still has no app in the GB App Store or on Google Play; a search turns up unrelated “Jeff” apps only. The casino, bingo rooms and sportsbook run in a mobile browser, with Apple Pay and Payviaphone for deposits. It sits last on mobile because the site publishes the least about payouts and support.
App check: browser only, no listing on the App Store or Google Play
Significant terms: New Players Only. 10x bonus wagering within 30 days; 10x on spin winnings within 7 days. Real balance first. Max conversion 1x bonus or £500 from spins. Limited to 5 brands within the network. Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded. Full Terms apply. 18+ | GambleAware.org

Why so few new casino sites ship an app
A casino app is a second product. It has to pass review in two stores, each with its own rules for real-money gambling, and every change to the games or cashier goes through the same loop. For a brand that has just launched, the browser is quicker and cheaper.
Google’s own developer rules show how much is involved. Google Play carries a real-money gambling app only after the developer has completed an application process, and the developer must hold a valid gambling licence for every country the app is offered in. The app has to be rated for adults only, be free to download, block use from anywhere the licence does not cover and keep payments out of Google Play’s in-app billing. A website needs none of that sign-off, which goes a long way to explaining why six of our nine brands have not bothered.
Platform plays a part. BetSuna, JeffBet, MogoBet and BetMaze all trade under ProgressPlay’s Gambling Commission account, 39335. Of the four, BetMaze links an app from its homepage and MogoBet has an Android listing that names a different developer; BetSuna and JeffBet have none. Skill On Net, which now runs Megaways Casino, publishes its Android app under its own company name, the cleanest match between listing and licence holder on our list. BetMaze, the other new brand with an iPhone app, is as much bookmaker as casino and bundles a sportsbook in the same download. Its listing names MXG Infotech as developer rather than ProgressPlay, so the homepage link is what ties it to the licence.
How to read app store ratings on new casino apps
Star ratings are easy to quote and easy to misread. Three things decide how much they are worth.
Sample size. BetMaze’s 2.3 comes from three ratings, MogoBet’s 1.4 from ten. A single angry or delighted user moves either score by a large margin. Megaways Casino, with 107 iPhone ratings and 82 Android reviews, has the only sample among the new brands big enough to show a pattern.
What is being rated. App stores rate software: does it load, does it crash, is the cashier easy to find. Trustpilot rates the company, and that usually means withdrawals and support. Megaways Casino shows the gap: above 4 in both stores, 1.5 on Trustpilot from 37 reviews, many predating the relaunch.
Who published it. A rating is only useful if the app belongs to the casino. Check the developer name against the licence holder before reading anything into the stars.
A worked example puts the sample-size point in numbers. If BetMaze picked up five new one-star ratings tomorrow, its average would fall from 2.3 to roughly 1.5. The same five ratings on Megaways Casino’s iPhone listing would take it from 4.4 to about 4.2, a dent rather than a collapse.

Best casino apps in the UK: what the established brands score
The big UK operators we have reviewed elsewhere run casino apps with tens of thousands of ratings, which shows what a mature app looks like. None of our reviews records a rebuilt or relaunched app at these brands, so they sit outside the ranking as a yardstick only.
| Established app | iPhone rating | Android rating |
|---|---|---|
| Betfred Sports, Casino & Games | 4.6 (69k ratings) | 4.5 (15.6K reviews) |
| Ladbrokes Casino Games & Slots | 4.6 (36k ratings) | 4.5 (8.79k reviews) |
| Coral Casino: Slots & Games | 4.6 (33k ratings) | 4.5 (16k reviews) |
| Virgin Bet: Sports & Casino | 4.7 (19k ratings) | 4.2 (7.41k reviews) |
| William Hill Vegas Casino | 4.5 (19k ratings) | 4.5 (2.94k reviews) |
| bet365 Casino Games & Slots | 4.5 (21k ratings) | 4.4 (4.77k reviews) |
| Swift Casino: Real Money Slots | 3.7 (480 ratings) | 3.1 (203 reviews) |
Megaways Casino’s 4.4 and 4.2 sit comfortably among those names, on a far smaller base. Swift Casino, another Skill On Net brand, shows that a shared platform does not guarantee a high score.
Casino apps for iPhone: two new listings, one with weight
Only Megaways Casino and BetMaze have an iPhone listing we could verify.
Megaways Casino’s iPhone app names Online Digital Medonia Ltd as seller rather than Skill On Net Ltd, and the brand’s mobile page still sends iPhone users to the browser while the app is finished. Both suggest the iOS version is still bedding in, so install it from the link on megawayscasino.com rather than from a store search.
BetMaze’s app is linked from its own homepage, which settles ownership even though the store names MXG Infotech as developer. Its three ratings say little either way.
Pub Casino’s unrated listing under the name Pub Casino Ltd does not match the licence holder, so we leave it out. Everyone else plays in Safari, which works well at BetSuna, 7Bet, JeffBet and MogoBet, where Apple Pay sits in the cashier.
Android casino apps: thin pickings and a few traps
Google Play is murkier. Megaways Casino stands out with a Skill On Net Ltd listing, more than 1,000 downloads, a 4.2 rating and an update on 6 October 2026. MogoBet’s app is the only other one we could rate, and its 1.4 score, a last update in January 2025 and a developer who is not the licence holder all argue for the browser.
Then come the listings to avoid. Search for 7Bet and the top result is an unrelated personal-finance tool. Search for Mega Riches and you find the Videoslots app, which belongs to a sister brand. Pub Casino’s name appears on listings that never identify the operator.
How to spot an unofficial casino app
Five checks will catch most problems before you enter a card number.
- Start from the casino’s own site. If the brand links to an app, use that link. If it says it has no app, as 7Bet does, believe it.
- Match the developer to the licence. The listing’s developer or seller should be the company named in the site’s footer or terms, such as Skill On Net Ltd.
- Look up the account number. Every brand on our list holds a Gambling Commission account number, such as 39326 for Megaways Casino. The Commission’s public register confirms which domains it covers.
- Check the age rating. Real-money casino apps carry an 18+ rating in both stores.
- Treat no-rating listings with caution. Pub Casino’s iPhone listing has no rating and no confirmed link to the operator. A genuine app may simply be new, but the burden of proof sits with the listing.
If any check fails, use the browser; you lose nothing in games or offers.

Mobile casino sites: what you get without a download
For six of the nine brands the mobile site is the only option, and it comes closer to an app than many players expect. BetSuna resizes its lobby, cashier and 24/7 chat for small screens, Mega Riches puts more than 1,200 games on its mobile site, and Casiku keeps the filters that make a 6,000-slot lobby usable.
Payments are where phone play differs most. 7Bet takes Apple Pay and Google Pay. BetSuna and JeffBet take Apple Pay and pay-by-phone, though BetSuna charges 15% on PayviaPhone deposits, or £1.50 on every £10. Megaways Casino offers Instant Bank Payment straight from a banking app.
Withdrawal speed varies by brand, not device. Megaways Casino says most cash-outs land in under five minutes once documents are approved; BetSuna processes within one business day and charges 1% up to £3; JeffBet and Pub Casino publish no times. Upload ID with your phone’s camera on the day you register, as it is the step most likely to speed up the first cash-out. Every welcome offer here can be claimed in the browser.
Paying by phone at new casinos: Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay-by-mobile
On a small screen, the deposit method matters almost as much as the app. Typing a 16-digit card number on a phone is fiddly, and the wallet options differ widely between the nine brands.
| Brand | Phone-friendly deposit methods | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Megaways Casino | Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Instant Bank Payment on mobile | Debit card or PayPal is the safest choice for the welcome spins |
| BetMaze Casino | PayPal, Mastercard, Neteller | Neteller and Skrill deposits earn no bonus |
| MogoBet Casino | Apple Pay, PayPal | Apple Pay withdrawals arrive about three business days after processing |
| BetSuna Casino | Apple Pay, PayPal, Pay by Bank from £20 | PayviaPhone carries a 15% fee |
| 7Bet Casino | Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Trustly | £10 to £5,000 per deposit |
| Mega Riches | Card, bank, e-wallet or prepaid, depending on device | Withdrawals are free; €20 minimum |
| Casiku Casino | Visa and Mastercard; Paysafecard for deposits only | Cards are the only withdrawal route |
| Pub Casino | Shown inside the cashier | Skrill deposits do not count for the welcome |
| JeffBet Casino | Apple Pay, Payviaphone, PayPal, MuchBetter | Skrill and Neteller lose the bonus |
Two patterns stand out. Apple Pay is the most widely offered wallet among the newcomers, but Google Pay appears only in 7Bet’s published method list, so Android players will often fall back on a card or PayPal. And pay-by-phone, which adds a deposit to your mobile bill, is the costliest route where a fee is published: BetSuna’s 15% turns a £10 deposit into £8.50 of play.
How we checked the apps
The rankings above rest on four checks, carried out for each brand in our full reviews and summarised on our how we review page.
- Store search. We searched the GB App Store and Google Play for the brand name and for close variants.
- Ownership. We compared the listing’s developer or seller with the company in the site’s footer and terms, and with the casino’s own download links.
- Ratings and sample size. We recorded the star rating and the number of ratings, and weighted a score from three users far below one from a hundred.
- Browser test. For brands without an app, we judged the mobile site on the lobby, cashier, live chat and the wallets offered for phone deposits.
Store ratings change as new reviews arrive, so we treat them as a snapshot and recheck them whenever we update a brand’s review.
Best mobile casino for each kind of player
- Best for a proper app on any phone: Megaways Casino. The only newcomer with ratings above 4 on both iPhone and Android, from samples large enough to mean something.
- Best for betting and casino in one download: BetMaze. The app linked from its homepage carries the sportsbook and the casino together.
- Best for Android users happy in a browser: 7Bet. Google Pay in the cashier, and a clear statement that there is no app to hunt for.
- Best for iPhone players who want quick deposits: BetSuna. Apple Pay and Pay by Bank on a site that resizes cleanly, with 24/7 live chat.
- Best for steady weekly play on mobile: Mega Riches. More than 1,200 games on its mobile site and free withdrawals, with WinBooster running once the welcome is over.
Not ideal if…
- You want an app with a long track record. None of the new brands comes close to the tens of thousands of ratings behind the established apps in our benchmark table.
- You fund by pay-by-phone. BetSuna’s 15% fee makes it the dearest way to deposit here.
- You rely on Skrill or Neteller. Four of the nine exclude both from the welcome, and Pub Casino excludes Skrill.
Playing safely on a phone: UKGC rules, limits and stake caps
A phone keeps a casino in your pocket, which is the strongest argument for setting limits before the first spin. Every brand ranked here holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, and the rules that come with it apply in the app and the browser alike.
- Wagering cap. Since 19 January 2026, wagering requirements on UK casino bonuses cannot exceed 10x. Every offer above is at or under that ceiling, and 7Bet’s 1x and the wager-free spins at Casiku and Pub Casino sit well below it.
- Slot stake limits. Online slots are capped at £5 a spin for players aged 25 and over, and £2 a spin for those aged 18 to 24. The caps apply to slots only, not to roulette or blackjack.
- GAMSTOP. Registering with GAMSTOP blocks you from every UK-licensed site and app at once, including all nine brands here.
- Network-wide limits. BetSuna and MogoBet apply limits across every site in the ProgressPlay network, so a cap set on one carries to the others.
Push notifications are the one mobile-specific risk. If an app asks to send alerts, you can say no and still claim every offer.
Set a deposit limit from your phone on the day you join, and keep the casino off the home screen if it is too easy to open without thinking. If play stops feeling like a choice, free and confidential support is available from GambleAware.org and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and our responsible gambling page sets out the tools each brand offers.
Higher duty and the 2027 outlook for mobile casinos
Remote Gaming Duty, the tax on online casino profits, rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026. A 25% rate on remote betting follows from 1 April 2027, with bets on UK horse racing left out. For brands such as BetMaze and 7Bet that bundle a sportsbook with the casino, both changes land on the same balance sheet. Building and maintaining apps in two stores is a cost that operators will weigh against those bills, and it would not be surprising if more new brands launched browser-first in 2027, with apps reserved for those that win enough customers to justify them. We will keep checking the stores as new brands arrive.
Questions about new casino apps and mobile play
Do new casino apps offer a no deposit bonus?
None of the nine new brands on our list offers a no deposit bonus, in an app or in the browser. Every welcome deal needs a first deposit, and some, such as 7Bet’s and Casiku’s, need qualifying slot play as well.
Can I get no deposit free spins on a new casino app?
No. The free spins at Megaways Casino, 7Bet and the others are all released after a deposit or a qualifying wager. An app that promises spins for simply downloading it deserves a close look at who published it.
Which new casino has an app on both iPhone and Android?
Megaways Casino, now run by Skill On Net. Its iPhone app rates 4.4 from 107 ratings and its Android app 4.2 from 82 reviews.
Are new casino apps real money apps?
The three we verified are: Megaways Casino, BetMaze and MogoBet list real-money play with an 18+ rating. Free “social casino” apps with similar names are a different product.
Is the Google Play “7bet” app the 7Bet casino?
No. 7Bet says on its homepage that it has no app, and the Google Play listing using the name is an unrelated personal-finance tool.
Can I claim a welcome offer in a mobile browser?
Yes. Every offer on this page can be claimed through a phone browser, and for six of the nine brands the browser is the only option.
Why does a casino app score well in the store but badly on Trustpilot?
App stores rate the software; Trustpilot reviews rate the company, usually its withdrawals and support. Megaways Casino scores above 4 in both stores and 1.5 on Trustpilot.
Are casino apps legal in the UK?
Yes, when they come from an operator licensed by the Gambling Commission. Google Play also requires a gambling app’s developer to hold a licence for each country it is offered in and to block use from anywhere else. Check that the developer name matches the company in the casino’s footer.
Is it safe to download a casino app?
It is when the app is the operator’s own. Install from the link on the casino’s website rather than a store search, check the developer against the licence holder, and look for an adults-only age rating. If any of those fail, play in the browser instead.
Do casino apps pay out faster than the website?
No. Withdrawal speed depends on the brand and the payment method, not the device. Megaways Casino says most cash-outs land in under five minutes after verification in the app and the browser alike, while BetSuna processes within one business day either way.
